Shared Shadow Works is an urban planning and housing accelerator practice. It bridges policy and outcomes through designing programs, removing barriers from concept to development, and iterative piloting and evaluation.

At its onset, Shared Shadow Works embraces design and implementation of a wide range of urban policies, strategies, and programs including housing, community development, placemaking, small business support and neighborhood services.

At its core, Shared Shadow Works will increasingly focus on middle housing, small multi-unit buildings generally less than 10-15 units primarily as homeownership opportunities, or starter homes, moving toward a New American Dream.
