Housing Policy + Implementation
We help public agencies and organizations develop and implement housing policies, programs, and regulatory changes.
Services include policy research and analysis, housing legislation and zoning reform, ADU and middle housing programs, Housing Element implementation, and technical assistance. We also support coordination among agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to advance policy and program objectives.
Community + Place-based Strategies
We work with communities and public agencies to develop strategies that respond to neighborhood needs and opportunities.
Services include neighborhood and commercial corridor planning, community investment strategies, public space and placemaking initiatives, small business support programs, and cross-sector partnership development. We help identify priorities, align public and private resources, and establish practical approaches to implementation.
Program Design, Evaluations + Grant Services
We help public agencies, nonprofits, and philanthropic organizations design, fund, implement, and evaluate programs that address housing and community development priorities.
Services include program and pilot design, grant strategy and funding applications, grant program development and administration, implementation planning, performance measurement, program evaluation, and technical assistance.
We also support the coordination of partners, funding sources, and delivery systems needed to launch, manage, improve, or scale programs.
